How to enable cookies on your browser

How enabling cookies helps you

Turning on/enabling cookies makes it easier for you to browse the web. Cookies are files created by websites you’ve visited, which store information, like the items in your shopping cart, login details or account information.

In no way, we are compromising any sensitive or confidential data while using cookies – At WoW, it’s main use is for enabling the shopping cart and basic account info and login. Check our Privacy Policy for more information about cookies.

Fix problems with cookies

If you enabled cookies on your browser but you’re still seeing an error message, try opening a new window in your browser or closing other tabs in your browser.

If you still have trouble, try clearing your cache and cookies.

If your browser is blocking cookies – follow those instructions on how to enable cookies on major browsers and devices:

iOS devices using Safari (iPhone, iPad, Mac etc.)

go to SETTINGS --> SAFARI --> BLOCK COOKIES --> select option “Always allow” or “from websites I visit”

Google Chrome

  1. Click the menu icon on the browser toolbar.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Click the Show advanced settings... link.
  4. Click Content Settings... ...
  5. In the "Cookies" section of the dialog that appears, make sure Allow local data to be set is selected to allow both first-party and third-party cookies.
  6. Click Done.

Firefox

  1. Click the menu button
  2. In both Windows and OS X, the menu button will be in the top right-hand corner of Firefox.
  3. Select the "Preferences"/"Options" menu item
  4. If you're using Mac OS X, it will be called Preferences. If you are using Windows, it will be called Options.
  5. The Settings screen will now appear.
    • Click the "Privacy" menu item
    • Set Cookies/History setting to "remember history"

note: in some cases, such as in company computers the company administrator can block cookies as part of the firewall settings – in this case, we suggest you use another computer when facing problems.
